The True Meaning of Labor Day

Labor: physical or mental work, esp. of a hard or fatiguing kind; toil.

Today, we ate pancakes, bacon, and eggs for breakfast, worked in the yard (trimming trees, raking seed pods, getting ants in hair, etc), and drank lemonade.

We (mostly I) also plan to practice violin and piano, study for tomorrow's math test, go running (cross country meet on Wednesday- my goal is 3rd place!), finish lab write-up (due Wednesday), have FHE, and go to violin lessons.

But all I want to do is take a nap.
